Thank you for visiting the project website for Hensford Park, which sets out a long-term vision for how Dawlish might grow in the future.

Our drafted masterplan shows what this sustainable neighbourhood might look like, and what it could offer to new and existing residents in the area.

The concept was prepared following the publication of a Large Site Concept Planning Brief by Teignbridge District Council as part of its latest Local Plan review, which looks ahead to the year 2040 and beyond.

In November 2022 we launched a consultation to help explain the proposals, to listen to your feedback and to invite any new ideas.

Having received comprehensive feedback from the community, we are in the process of developing our plans accordingly. A series of technical reports from our consultant partners can now be viewed on the Reports tab of this website.

While the initial consultation is closed, we are still keen to hear what local people think about the Hensford Park proposals. The project team can be contacted via the contact details in the footer of this website.
